My Charge HR is dying within minutes of wearing it. I have shut it down and cleaned it but it isn't helping. What do I do?

Hi there @Ree3780 , welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that your Charge HR is dying fast after fully charging it. Thanks for what you've tried to get it to work. I'd like to help you out!
I can recommend putting your tracker to charge and once it's fully charged, take it off the charger and put it on. Sync it and use it as you would normally do. Make sure to sync it frequently after this (every one or two hours at least) so that the battery levels are recorded on the app logs and once the battery dies, let me know so that I can take a closer look and then we can move forward with other options to get you back on track.
I'll be looking forward for your reply!

Hi, I’ve just started to use my Fitbit Charge HR. I had charged it full (for two hours), but the battery drained really fast that it did not even last for two days. What do I do?
