I walked a little over a mile this morning on my Tony Little Gazelle. The steps registered on my Fitbit but when I tried to sync to the app the information did not transfer over. Then the Fitbit deleted the info for today. Any thoughts?

@Popeye77 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for taking the time to report the situation you are experiencing with your Charge HR deleting your activity.
This is odd. Is this the first time this happens to you?
I'd recommend performing a restart on your Charge HR. This should refresh its system and help you out. Then, check if the same happens again.
To recover the lost activity; I'd recommend manually logging it.
