Barcode scanner not working

Have a Fitbit Charge and the barcode scanner to log food doesn't work. Just says it cannot find the barcode. Food database is set to Aus. 

 

Fixable?

@Chedly Please do let us know if you are using the app on Android, iOS, or Windows 10.

 

As for the situation with the barcode scanning, it is important to mention that the feature only works when you are set to the US food database. You can click here to read more about it.
