Hi all my lcd screen gone of is it a common fault or can you get it working again

@Tuby74 A warm welcome to our Community!

 

Sorry to hear that your Charge HR screen isn't working and for the delay in my reply. Try restarting your device and make sure it is charging by cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter.
