Charge HR does not send reminders.

I have reminders to move set on Charge HR. I also have notifications on. I am not getting reminders.

Hi, under DEVICE, do you have the Reminder setting showing as ON?

- If not, that is why, turn it on and allow it to sync with your device.

- If Yes, then turn off the notification (slide switch in the app), wait for it to sync. Then turn it back on, (slide switch in the app) wait for it to sync, and that should get it up and running.
