Charge HR not getting started after factory reset

After factory reset, I tried to on the tracker charge hr but could not on it trying repeatedly

Is this the 8 year old Charge HR model with the band that can not be replaced. 

Is the unit charged? 

If the battery has been dead for a while, you may have to leave it on its charger for a couple of hours before any life is seen. 

BTW: no Charge model has a factory reset. 

A few models have the option to clear user data. IE: the credit cards.
