Charge hr is not starting up. It shows full green light flash while plugging in and the full charge sign only. No other display comes on screen while charging or even after unplugging. The watch doesng work.
After pressing and holding the button, the fitbit logo and version does not come. Its just the charged logo. After the charging is plugged out, there is nothing on screen even after the button is pressed and hold for many seconds. There is blank on the screen.
I was having trouble and came upon a post that said "change the click face". I changed the clock face and it started working again. You can change the face back to your preference any time after it has synced the new face and started working.
