Charge HR screen stopped working

My Fitbit HR screen will not turn on , the back light will flash about once a minute. It’s fully charged and will not communicate with my cell application. Help!

Try restarting your Charge HR. Look here to see how it’s properly done: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
