My Charge2 display is not visible although it is syncing with the app

Hello @billrolfeuk
Try restarting your Fitbit Charge 2. You will not lose data doing a restart. Just press and hold the button on your Charge 2 until you see the Fitbit logo and the Charge 2 vibrates,
