Charge 3 won't respond

I've had my charge 3 for a while and occasionally the screen will freeze and not let me change to other screens. Today the screen froze completely so that even the time wouldn't change, I tried a normal reset and the screen turned entirely black and would not turn on. I tried a longer reset (hold for 15 seconds and remove from charger before placing it back on charger) and nothing is happening. It will buzz when placed on the charger or the side button is pressed but that is it, the screen remains completely black.

This happened to my Charge 2 right before it died.  Several of my friends had the same issue (around the same time) and all of us ended up buying Charge 3.  I hope it's under warranty, or not a flaw in the device that forces people to buy new devices.  Take the time and get customer service to walk you through the stuff you've already done, so at least they have documentation that their stuff is dying.  So sorry.

Thankfully it was still under warranty, I got it replaced this morning. Thank you for your response.

Just FYI, the same thing happened to my Charge 3, and after a few reset/factory reset cycles the screen went dead for good.  I caved and bought a Charge 4, which is dying now and I'm just starting the stage where I'm hopeful that a factory reset will make everything better.  oI wish I could just buy a new Charge with the same band type so the Etsy bands I've purchased would still work!
