Charge HR will not charge

Been on chargers for 2 days and will not charge.  Reset and did everything I can do.

 

anyone have any ideas?

@Mommy9900 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the charging issue that your Charge HR has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

I'd like to know if you also have tried the steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your Charge HR for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
