My Charge HR first of all would not charge up from the charger lead. I plugged it into my Mac (OS 10.15.2) and it then charged up but would not sync. Also, the wrong time shows on the display. I restarted it, but this made no difference.

Ever since mac OS Catalina was installed, fitbit will not synch. Its a problem with the fitbit software. Something to do with 32 bit vs 64 bit addressing. It's a fix that fitbit has to make.

Thanks so much. I was able to make it sync again, but both times it synced, yesterday and today, were right after I reinstalled the app, after having uninstalled it. It is quite annoying.

Yesterday, I contacted fitbit. There is a solution. You need to download and install the latest software for your fitbit HR. When you do that, you'll be given the option of removing the old version. Do that and then install the new version. Reboot your MAC and then resynch with fitbit. It took a long time for the resynch - 10 min. But I got all of my missing data. Good Luck

Thank you. I'll give this a try.
