Charge HR won't turn on

My charge HR wasn't syncing so I did a hard rest. After I did this, it turned on for a little while, but then it turned itself off and is unresponsive. If I put it in a charger and hold the button down, the green light will flash after seven seconds and that is it. Any advice?
