I got my Charge HR a good few years back. The strap broke and I got a replacement with no trouble, however, the replacement never worked properly.
I never could get past the 4 digit code part. I’d enter it and the device wouldn’t do anything so I flung the Fitbit aside. I recently started walking again and want to use it after maybe 2 years laying idle. I’ve charged it, put in the 4 digit code (to my surprise, it worked and the watch is connected yay) but it won’t update. I keep getting a connection error? I’ve tried all the troubleshooting idea, turn off Bluetooth from settings, remove Fitbit and reinstall, find out what version of firmware which is v38 (I think)? Nothing is working???
please help!
