Stuck on Update bar

I have read all the other forums that tell you what to do and I'm still not getting anywhere.

 

HR Charge is stuck on update bar.

 

Can't remove device from app because it is "updating" and has been since 8am this morning.

 

Can't remove device from blue tooth. It doesn't let me open the device or have the "i" next to it to say forget this device. Let charge all day long.

Deleted Fitbit app and re downloaded. Help!

@dnewman normally I would say to kill the app. On android this needs to be done through the phones settings apps Fitbit. 

Now restart the app and download
