My Charge HR will not charge or turn on at all. I have done the reset with the small button and holding the power button, but it did not work. Wondering if there is a way to send it back to get a new one?

Welcome to the forums!
Read the warranty first as the Charge is pretty old and probably out of warranty

Based upon my experience since 2012, Fitbits are designed to become obsolescent (two year life?) They are very cheaply made but they are expensive. If you are lucky they’ll replace it (after offering a new one for a discount) but the new one will have the same poor build quality.
I've rebuilt mine using a replacement band from Amazon but now charging is a pain because the charging cable won’t snugly attach in place.
I'm convinced there are more solid, better built, and cheaper products out there.
Good luck.
