Infinity update

The bracelet does not update. It remains in infinity update mode

I've never heard of an infinity update mode, I know what the symbol for infinity is. It has also been a couple of years since the Charge HR received an update. 

Have you tried a restart. Place the Charge HR into it's powered up charger and hold on the button until it vibrates.
