Hi, I was trying to do the configuration of my charge fitbit but I had to interrupt the configuration (it was at half). So when I tried to do it again my FitBit showed a screen with a bar and a “!” sign. So I deleted the device from my app and I tried to do the configuration again. But now the Fitbit keeps show the same screen with the bar and “!” and my app says that it finds the Fitbit but can’t connect to it. I tried to put it in charge and hold the bottom for 10 secs until it vibrates but il keeps show that screen. How can I solve it? Thanks

I understand how you feel with this situation. I'd recommend you follow these steps to restart your device.
You can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.
