Charge continually randomly scrolls through functions

Hi, has anybody had this issue?

 

my Charge 2 has started randomly scrolling through the functions, starting the stopwatch and flicking between notifications ‘on’ then ‘off’ until the battery dies. I charge it up and as soon as it is on my wrist it starts the scrolling again. 

 

I think it is well and truly broken!  I haven’t exercised in months due to my job so it hasn’t got sweat damage ir wet, or anything similar.

Yes, mine has been doing the same thing for the past.  I can't use it any more.  It starts cycling thru the menus endlessly until the battery dies.  Then I recharge it and at some point, probably after a notification comes thru it starts all over again.

Hi thanks for responding.

Did Fitbit replace it? Think mine may be out of warranty. I’ve reported the fault, fingers crossed they will replace it. Less than two years is too short a time for a relatively expensive product to last. Very poor. I’ve also had multiple wrist band failures. Think they need to do some work in the design life in all areas.
