Hi I have a charge hr that I haven’t used in a few years, tried to get it working again. But it’s not responding It’s fully charged and I’ve tried plugging it into my computer and then it’s recognised it on the computer and did the sync so they’re connected but the Fitbit won’t respond. I’ve tried holding it down for 10-12 seconds and the code come up and then I took it off charge but then nothing responds.. help
