Hi everyone, I have a fitbit charge which I use everyday. I really like it, but not it does not seem to hold a charge. It shows that it is charging when plugged in to the charger but when I remove it the screen goes dark. Do any of you know what is going on and how to fix it?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
