My Charge 2 Stopped working last night. The screen went blank. I had just charged it. I got home and charged it again, in the morning it was fully charge and working. After a few hours the screen went blank again. This time I tried charging it but it became very hot and the screen did not activate.
This is my third Fitbit. I take good care of them but they don't last.
I am very discouraged. I have tried all the troubleshooting methods.
Any help would be appreciated.

The only answer I received was to charge it through the USB cord, as if there was any other way.
I followed their instructions to the letter and nothing, zip, nada.
This did not work. These are too expensive to keep replacing. This was my third FitBit. I am no longer a jogger, just a dog walker now.
As much as I love and am addicted to my FitBit, I am through.
