My charge 2 will not turn on and only shows a black screen. It will also not sync to my phone. I've tried plugging it into the charger and then holding down the side button fir 4 seconds to reset it but that hasn't worked either. Help!!

Seems odd that suddenly your Charge 2 stop taking charge, thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot this situation prior to posting. First, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensor green lights are flashing or if your device is completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for your difficulties. I know this process was already done, but the actual order specified on the help article is really important.

My device is completely unresponsive. There are no green lights flashing. I also tried the restart process again in the specific order and nothing happens.

Mine is doing the exact same thing. Won't charge and is now totally dead!

Hello @Vinal123 thank you for bringing this to my attention, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, my apologies for the delay in responding.
If the heart rate settings of your Charge 2 are ON, the heart rate green lights will remain flashing. That said, let me share that by default the heart rate setting of your device is "Auto", which means that the heart rate sensors are on when the tracker is on your wrist. To make sure you have not accidentally turned the sensors ON in which you will experience your concern, please check/change settings on your online dashboard or Fitbit app and let me know how it goes. You can also try our restart process.
