Hi, I've got a Fitbit Charge, firmware v8.124 and since last week it won't connect to my phone or tablet. I've fully charged both, restarted bluetooth, restarted the app, rebooted the phone, all to no avail. I can't update the firmware as bluetooth won't connect. Any suggestions? Thanks.

As you have tried rebooting your phone without any luck, try restarting your fitbit using the procedure documented here: Help article: How do I restart my tracker? If that doesn't help then there's a troubleshooting guide at: Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
