My Fitbit loses charge after half a day despite being fully charged. This keeps happening and I would like to replace it as it is only a few months old.

Hi, @Gracekwt as a first step I would recommend giving your Fitbit a restart.  Instructions here .  A restart will shut down any background activities that may be causing unusual battery drain.

Some settings will affect battery life - for example screen timeout and brightness.  Battery life will also be reduced if you get a large number of notifications through the day.

After the restart I would suggest monitoring it for a few days, making note of when you charge and how long before you get a notification that the battery level is low.  Then you will have information to share with Customer Support if you continue to experience the problem and need to get in touch with them on Contact.Fitbit.com .
