Charge 4 not charging

My charge 4 is staying at 60% charged and no increase in  charge or decrease either. Switched charging stations and that didn't work. Any suggestions?

Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

If so please give us a call or chat with our team so that they can have a closer look at your Charge 4.

Thanks. Had a chat last night. Suggestion to clean pins didn't work. Still at 60% which I find odd. Will have to chat again
