Charge2 no longer dispalying text message content

Hi, my Fitbit app on my Pixel1 phone just went through an update and now my charge 2 is no longer showing content of text messages. I still get the notification a text and been received and it displays the sender information. I already checked my messenger settings to make sure "show preview" is turned on, and my phone is showing message content in the notification. Any ideas?  Thanks!

This is happening to a lot of people after the last update. So far, there's been little to no moderator response on any of the forums. I'm so frustrated by this and the lack of response by Fitbit.

I am having the same issue with my Charge 2 and Pixel phone.  I recieve notifications that I have a message from a sender, but I do not recieve the actual text message.  Very frustrating, although comforting to know that I am not alone.  Just started within the last week, arounf July 15, 2019.

This has been happening to my s8 as well. Several weeks of no message content.

I am having the same issue with my charge 2 and LG-G6. It just started a few days ago.

I spoke to Fitbit support and they said that this is a known issue with the Charge 2, and that we should watch for s/w updates to resolve the issue.  No need to keep troubleshooting or changing phone and app settings.

How about Fitbit support respond to these posts rather than us having to “watch” for a resolution! Who’s the customer here?  Maybe wall threaten to leave and go with an Apple watch🤪

Good to know. Thank you. I must have spent 2 hours or more trying to figure it out. I got a galaxy 8active and updated my tracker at the same time so I wasn't sure where the hang up was.

Yes! I am having the same issue. I'm getting notified that I have a message on my Charge 2 but I can't see the message. I have tried troubleshooting it for days. I have a S8 for a phone. I have even got some calls that it says one person on my charge 2 but a different person is calling. Frustrated.
