My charge 2 shows the correct contact when a text notification is received. However, when I have an incoming call the charge 2 shows incorrect contact or number. Is there anyway to fix this? I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but that didn't work. I also powered the charge 2 off and that didn't work either. HELP!!!

Same issue with my Charge2 shows incoming call but the same persons name keeps showing up on every call and it’s never them. Use this for work so need to show correct caller name, pls advise when solution found.

Same as you. Shows only the last caller which is the wrong caller and no text messages are coming through at all. This is worse after the update!

Help! Such a nuisance! After the update nothing is working correctly. Steps seem not as accurate, wrong callerr names are displaying (only the last caller which is the wrong caller) no text messages coming through. I've tried resetting app, watch, phone and nothing is working! I have a Moto z3 phone! Annoying!

I've just had this problem sorted via live chat. Try turning notifications off on charge 2. Remove charge 2 from list of bluetooth connections on your phone. Turn bluetooth off on your phone. Connect charge 2 to charging cable on computer. Do a reset on the charge 2 by holding button for 10 seconds (till you see Fitbit logo). Disconnect . Turn notifications on.Then reconnect charge 2 (pair) with phone. You will be prompted to reconnect bluetooth on your phone.
Try calling your phone. It worked for me (Samsung S7 edge)
If it doesn't work, I may have missed a step (couldn't save chat). Try live chat yourself.
