Charge2 replacement not pairing, help!

Hi, I'm new here, this is a long one so please bear with me!

My Charge2 was not working correctly, so I was sent a replacement from fitbit last week. I have deleted my old tracker from my app and my phone, however, the replacement simply will not pair to any of my devices! (windows 10 and andoid). I've tried turning Bluetooth on/off, restarting my devices, restarting the fitbit and uninstalling and re-installing the apps.

The fact that it wont connect to any apps / devices leads me to believe that there is a problem with the new tracker itself rather than any of my equipment.

Am I missing something?

Any help / advice gratefully received.

TIA.

You might want to be sure to pick one device to set up with as having both on could confuse the Fitbit.

Which phone and Android system are you using? It might help to narrow down the problem.
