I have had my Charge 2 for 17-18 months and have been very happy with it but recently the screen went black. I get static lines when I hit the button but that is it. I have tried restarting it many times now and still nothing. I've seen from previous posts that this seems to be a common problem. Has anyone come up with a new solution to resolve? I expected it to last much longer than this.
