I have had my Charge 2 for 17-18 months and have been very happy with it but recently the screen went black.  I get static lines when I hit the button but that is it.  I have tried restarting it many times now and still nothing. I've seen from previous posts that this seems to be a common problem.  Has anyone come up with a new solution to resolve?  I expected it to last much longer than this.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 screen and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persist please let our Support team know about it. I have created a ticket for you and they will reach out to you via email.
