A couple of weeks ago I bought a new phone. However I can't seem to connect the Charge@ with my new phone. I've tried to reset the tracker (holding the button for 5 seconds). I got to see the logo but not the setup screen. I've deleted the device from my account. I've restarted the phone, I've turned th bluetooth off and on, the GPS is on, there are no other devices near and the tracker is charged and turned on.
The app can see the tracker and it askes for the pairing code, but afther that nothing hapens.

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn't still have a connection to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone

Yes, the old phone is in aeroplane mode
