Hi guys I've tried every way of syncing my charge 2 wont sync please help

Are you trying to setup your fitbit for the first time or was it working ok but has now stopped?
Have you checked that your phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

Best Answersame me too also having same problem with my charge 2 because it cant sync the notification other sync its ok but i cant get notification go thru the my fitbit...
in my phone the apps say to restart the phone to re enable the notification..but i already try so many times restarting my phone.,,,but it doesn't good to sync the notification.....
or my phone doesn't support fitbit?????
