Charge2 wont sync

Hi guys I've tried every way of syncing my charge 2 wont sync please help

Are you trying to setup your fitbit for the first time or was it working ok but has now stopped?

Have you checked that your phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

• restart phone
• restart fitbit using this procedure: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
• restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
• "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
• go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/
• if none of that works then contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com

same me too also having same  problem  with my charge 2 because it cant sync the notification other sync its ok but i cant get notification go thru the my fitbit...

in my phone the apps say to restart the phone to re enable the notification..but i already try so many times restarting my phone.,,,but it doesn't good to sync the notification.....

or my phone doesn't support fitbit?????

Tq for your concern...i already try...a step that u show up in the link...but the problem still the same. For your info i already reset my phone and my tracker device. But it end up the same matter...
