I got a Charge 3 during black friday 2019. In January 2020 i started to notice a black line across the top when it was close to needing charged. Later the line just stayed. Now there are 3 more lines and it is starting to effect how i can see the time. I swiched clock faces, restarted it, hard reboot still there.
whatever you do, don't send it back to them, try to get a replacement with whom you bought it from. I had a same issue, sent it back, still have not received a replacement after 40days
