I’m trying to activate a new Charge 3, but everytime I try, it tells me I have a device registered already. This would be an old device which I gave to one of my grandsons several years ago. How do I replace the old device with the new one?

Doesn't it ask if you want to replace the previous device with the Charge 3? If so, just answer 'Yes'.
