A week or so ago I noticed horizontal black lines appearing on the screen of my charge3. I tried rebooting as suggested but the problem got worse. This morning the screen now has a white band running vertically across the screen and it won’t stop vibrating. It was a Christmas gift last year, so 13 months old. Help pls

Hi @BexGethen Oh dear, not sounding good. Try restarting it several mpre ti,es and try a Long Restart. Also try changing the clock face in the app. If they dont work younwill need to contact Support and see if they can help you
CHARGE 3 LONG RESTART
Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button. Note: Device won't have a smiley face icon and should be off with a black screen. Remove the device from the charging cable. Plug the device into the charging cable again. The smiley face icon appears on the screen.
