Charge4 exercise couldn't track map data

When I end the workout session, the map would just disappeared so the captured log would show no map. This has been an intermittent problem since June. Wonder if anyone would have similar experience. 

I'm using a Oneplus Nord on Android 12.

Thank you for taking the time to share the details regarding this difficulty with the Fitbit app.

Please try to clear the storage cache and cookies in the Fitbit app. 

In addition, perform the following steps on the Fitbit app:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • When you end the workout session check if the issue is still happening.

I tried all that but still couldn't resolve this intermittent problem.

I tried your suggested resolution again yesterday and the problem seems to be gone. 🤞
