Charging Issues and Display Moving on Charge 3

My Fitbit screen will be moving on its own. For example, it will scroll to the side on its own. Anytime I try to scroll up it won't let me fully scroll up. It's like something is making it go the other way. I've tried cleaning the fitbit and rebooting it, but it hasn't helped. The button on the side was acting up earlier. It was going to the screen with sleep mode and do not disturb on it. It was doing it on its own without me pressing it. Now it won't charge. When I put it on the charger it reboots itself or goes to the sleep screen. I don't know what to do because it was acting normal yesterday.

I understand how you feel with this situation. I'd recommend you follow these steps to restart your device.

You can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.
