Not Receiving Notifications on Charge 2 from Samsung Ulta22

I tried the troubleshooting. It says "an app is needed to use this device" under bluetooth. My fitbit connect on my computer just goes around and around. I can connect to everything else and log in on the computer. The only thing I need is my text messages to push through to my fitbit. I have tried uninstaling and restarting

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps performed. I'd recommend you verify you have the latest update of the Fitbit Firmware and the OS of your mobile device. Then you can unpair your device from bluetooth and then pair it again, check this article.
