My Charge 4 has stopped charging.  I have checked the USB cable in different plugs and ports so not that.  I have cleaned the pins and back of charge 4.  I have reset the system.  When I plug in the charge 4 to charge when I press the button it just vibrates, nothing on the screen just black.  Why has it stopped charging how do I solve the issue.  Thanks
