I was on chat with an agent when I suddenly lost the connection with them. Supposedly they were setting up a "case" for my issue went the screen went to something else. Thought I hit something wrong, but ....
I'm having an issue with plugging in charge cord to my fitbit to charge. It's not snapping into place. I tried cleaning the connection areas, no help. Any other ideas? BTW, it DID plug in the other day when I last charged it.
