My charge2 will not charge, is there a battery that needs to be changed? I chatted with support, but gave me no useful advice

Hi @Slopoke907 the tracker has a built in battery and that is what you need to charge. Support didn't help you? Have you cleaned the contact points on the device and the charger unit?
