My Charge 2 is not syncing. I have Bluetooth and wifi on.

Mine hasnt synced since 15th Feb! Gone through all the help pages, nothing works!
Blue tooth is on, wifi is on - connect computer to phone but not to fitbit!
All the background stuff they ask for is also on

I tried reinstalling the app as well, but it didn't help me 😕

With the ios app update to 3.16 my Charge 2 stopped syncing with the message "This version is no longer compatible with your Charge 2. Your device may not be able to connect with the app until you update." The app was on the latest version so there was no updating. I deleted the app and reinstalled and that seems to have fixed it.
