Does anyone know where to find the Chat History when you leave chat? The representative gave me links in my chat but I can't find how to go back and view it.

It was instructions and a link for charging my Fitbit Charge 4 to try to fix the battery drain issue as well as the case number for my issue, so I was hoping to get a chat transcript.
