My charge 4 is suddenly not registering zone minutes the last two days. Any suggestions please?

is your Charge 4 registering your heart rate during exercises?

Are the green LEDs blinking?

 Is your Fitbit App up to date?

Thank you for your reply. I turned everything off and back on and the heart rate has come back on and zone minutes are registering.

I'm glad to read that after turning the heart rate off and on again, this was recorded again and your active zone minutes were registered.
