Hi all, I am new to the forum but I wanted to give a massive shout out to James and Leonie (sorry if the name is wrong) for the absolute high class support they provided when I had issues with a black screen on by Fitbit. Not only did they provide solutions and tests, they also LISTENED when I told them what steps I had already taken before getting in contact. It’s the FAULTLESS level of service that I would like to recognise here, and even after 20 years in customer service myself, I have never come across such an approach such as what this team has provided for me today. Yes I have called the call centre and paid compliment to the team, but I want to acknowledge their flawless service here as well and let them know that 5 stars is not nearly a high enough rating for them. My sincerest gratitude to you both! Andrea

Wow @Angelhallia a customer support representative's appreciate for Fitbit support says a lot to me. Thanks for letting others know how good they were to you. I've never worked in customer service, but I've learned to appreciate those who do. Hope everything is going well for your Fitbit now.
