My Charge 2 syncs with everything but the time. I can even change the clock appearance, but the time remains an hour off no matter what. Help!

Hi @RevMamie Have a check in your account settings to see if automatic time zone is selected.
To do this go into app and select your account settings and scroll down and tap on advanced settings towards the bottom.
If you find automatic time zone is enabled, switch it to off and set your time zone manually and resync. If this works for you you can always go back in and set it back to automatic timezone again if you wish.
