Charge 2 losing time

Hi!  Anyone have any issues of their Charge 2 watch 'losing' time.  Woke up this morning to have my watch being seven minutes off.  Thanks!

I appreciate the information that was shared in your post. Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Charge 2 it should display the correct time, or the one that's on your mobile device. That said, I recommend you to verify if such information is correctly configured on your mobile device. 

 

This may be fixed by updating the time zone setting in your Personal Settings. For step-by-step instructions, please see our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Problem fixed! The firmware update finally completed and corrected the issue. Thanks so much for your assistance.
