Since I've updated my Fitbits firmware my screen won't turn on. I did the update yesterday before I went to bed, it worked fine all day then all the sudden about an hour ago it had a pixelated screen and hasn't turned on since. I use to love my Fitbit but now I'm very upset seeing as I was doing an update requested by Fitbit and now mine doesn't work. I've tried the reset that's on your forum and that doesn't work either. I will not be happy if I have to purchase a new one due to a firmware update!
