Clock face has lines down it

Well last week after charging clock face appeared ‘grey’ with vertical white lines.

Tried restart number of times to no avail to try and clear fault, contacted Fitbit via email and tried both instructions which did not work and stuck with faulty face - Fitbit recessed my purchase details which I supplied Saturday so waiting for update, apart from dicky face it is now eating the battery and lucky to get 2 days out of it.

Seeing amount of problems being voiced re charge 3 it’s looking like it’s a product problem, it’s noticeable also that charge 3 has disappeared and replaced by charge 4.

Commented on terrible lines and no more heart rate recently and since that complaint have to agree the battery life is starting to run off 300% quicker than previously.

Hi,
Received another email from fit bit last night which I replied to, they wanted original photo again with fault number on piece of paper next to it which I did and also supplied another photo of face just taken, when comparing the two can see in the later photo it’s gained yet more vertical lines.
Regards to your problem re heart beat missing I’ve had this intermittent problem as well, been down route of going into the blue tooth setting and then into the Fitbit app in settings on phone with all the time both watch & phone next to each other - when going back into app it tells me ‘device not found‘ sometimes twice then it kicks itself into life and they sync, another route is switch phone off and back on and should kick into life but first check Bluetooth is showing as connected on charge 3 - if all else failed try the reboot, all very well but don’t think will help re battery drain, to me it’s looking like memory loss, we might have a 😊 when charge complete but soon ends up as 😠.
Will update when Fitbit come back to me.
