Well last week after charging clock face appeared ‘grey’ with vertical white lines.
Tried restart number of times to no avail to try and clear fault, contacted Fitbit via email and tried both instructions which did not work and stuck with faulty face - Fitbit recessed my purchase details which I supplied Saturday so waiting for update, apart from dicky face it is now eating the battery and lucky to get 2 days out of it.
Seeing amount of problems being voiced re charge 3 it’s looking like it’s a product problem, it’s noticeable also that charge 3 has disappeared and replaced by charge 4.
